How I approach media conversations

I endeavor to bring a reflective, systems-oriented perspective to media conversations, connecting research, practice, and lived experience to help audiences better understand the deeper dynamics shaping today’s challenges.

I typically comment on the following topics:

  • Culture and organizational change

  • Leadership in complex and uncertain environments

  • Sensemaking and decision-making under ambiguity

  • Social entrepreneurship and innovation for social impact

  • Systems thinking and collective action

  • The human dimensions of organizational and social change

  • Meaning, identity, and work in a changing society
